How come when I use the similar video clips option in RadioTube, I sometimes see clips of different music styles?
Although we try our best to find video clips that are similar in style, due to the fact that the player is defined to play a variety of songs, we cannot gurantee that songs from other music styles will not be played.
Which modes does the player have?
The player has 3 modes of operation: Full screen – ideal for watching movies or video clips. Toolbar mode – ideal for listening to music while working on other stuff. Normal mode – allows you to adjust the player size.
Why can’t I share a playlist?
In order to share your playlist, you must have a nickname and the person you want to share with must also have a nickname.
Why can’t I embed certain URLs?
Due to YouTube restrictions, some URLs can’t be embedded into the player.
Do my friends need to be online in order for me to share playlists with them?
No. Once you share a playlist, they will receive the playlist directly to their inbox.
Am I limited when sending playlists to my offline friends?
Yes. In order to prevent spam, you can send up to five playlists to an offline friend. Once the playlists are confirmed, you can send additional ones.
Is there a limit to the number of playlists I can create or the number of songs in each playlist?
No.
My player stopped working, what should I do?
You need to the delete your Internet Explorer’s cookies.
- Go to Tools -> Internet Options.
- Click the Delete button.
- Select the checkbox next to ‘Cookies’ and then confirm.
Where do I see my nickname?
Your nickname appears at the top left part of the player right after the player version.
Can I watch a preview before adding an item to the playlist?
Yes. Just click on the desired link in the search box and the chosen item will play in the background
Can I change the video quality?
Yes. The quality level is located next to the volume bar. Note: Since the videos are streamed directly from YouTube, the selected quality must exist in YouTube.
